- wad of pizza dough (store-bought or homemade; plain or whole wheat)
- enough prosciutto slices to cover the pizza in a thin layer
- 1-2 cups apricot jam
- shredded fresh mozzerella
- shredded pecorino
Directions
- knead dough out with some flour...until it's nice an thin.
- place doung on greased foil
- spread apricot jam in a thin layer all over the dough
- sprinkle shredded mozzerella (cover about 1/3 pizza surface)
- sprinkle about 1/4 cup shredded pecorino
- bake until cheese is brown and bubbly and dough is crispy
- remove from oven and top with prociutto slices
